
July Farm to Fork Dinner

Join us for a Farm to Fork dinner at E.Z. Orchards on Saturday, July 19th, 2025. You will be seated at an elegant long table set for 80 guests in one of our apple orchards. Enjoy a delicious and beautiful meal from the bounty of the Willamette Valley, prepared by Chef Erick Caballeros from Caballeros Catering. Paired with wine from Paradis vineyards of Silverton.
Erick and Caballeros Catering specialize in local ingredient meals cooked on Argentinian style grilling over a fire. Caballeros catering for this event will be building their fire for grilling with Apple Wood from our orchard. Chef Erick’s meal will also feature hazelnut raised pork raised here on our farm. Paradis vineyards will be in attendance at the Farm to Fork Dinner to speak to each wine pairing.
With a wealth of local and seasonal produce, high quality Willamette Valley wines, and the best cooking and serving talent the area has to offer, Caballeros Catering aims to highlight all of the best culinary elements of the Willamette Valley and surrounding areas. The dinner will consist of 5 courses, each paired with a cider, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage.
Due to demand, this year we are adding a non-alcoholic pairing for both dinners. There will be non-alcoholic pairings with each course. The wine and non-alcoholic pairing menu will be released at a later date.
Cost is $120 per person, includes wine and cider pairings. See the menu in the photos below. Dinner will start at 6:00 PM and meet at the Lavender Garden by the Shortcake Stand. You will be contacted with questions about yourself and guests, for seating arrangements and any food/allergy restrictions.
