Which is why their meal will pair perfectly with the local wine maker that will be featured at this dinner. Sass winery will be the featured wine for this dinner\, and the wine makers themselves will be in attendance! It is sure to be an educational evening as we hear from the chefs and winemakers about the paired meal. \nDue to demand\, this year we are adding a non-alcoholic pairing for both dinners.
